Shipping:
Shipping Time: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours. It’s important to be aware that custom-fit or tailored items might have a longer processing time. If your order consists of both custom-fit or tailored items and non-tailored items, the order will be separated, and the non-tailored items will be delivered first.
Shipping Charges: We offer complimentary shipping on prepaid orders above 999. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, additional shipping and COD charges apply.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information via WhatsApp (if the provided number is linked to WhatsApp), email, and SMS once your order has been shipped. If you’re purchasing other items in addition to custom-fit or tailored jewelry, please be aware that your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Returns:
Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, and no questions will be asked. However, it’s important to note that this 15-day return policy does not apply to custom-fit or tailored items, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products. Rizsa retains the authority to initiate refunds after inspecting the returned items. If you have made a purchase of a Rizsa product from the Rizsa Website, the return policies of your original source of purchase will be applicable. Please be aware that any shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable in the event of a return.
In cases where items are reported missing from return orders, meaning the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all the specified items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy extends to promotional items, including, but not limited to, free gifts and silver coins.
Refund Policy: When you request the return of any of your products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
Return Process: You can initiate a return request conveniently through our website or app. Alternatively, if you prefer personalized assistance, you can reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team, who will guide you through the entire process. Once you’ve initiated the return request, please ensure you are available for the reverse pick-up and responsive to calls from our delivery partner. In the event of unavailability or missed calls, the delivery partner may use their discretion to cancel the reverse pick-up. If this happens, the process will need to be restarted, leading to an extension in the overall timeline.
It’s important to note that while most pin codes are eligible for both forward and reverse shipments, there may be rare instances where certain pin codes are only serviceable for forward shipments and not reverse. In such cases, we may request you to return the product using an alternative courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse you for all reasonable shipping costs incurred (up to Rs. 70) in processing such returns. If the charges exceed Rs. 70, any additional expenses (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) beyond Rs. 70 will be deducted from the refund amount. For non-serviceable pin codes, the responsibility for returning the jewelry to our warehouse lies with the customer, who will receive Rs. 70 towards shipping charges with their refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or discover a missing product, we kindly request you to promptly contact our customer support team within 48 hours of parcel delivery. To assist us in processing your request, we will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel. Please be aware that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package may affect the outcome of your claim. In such instances, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
